OP-101 is a patented, environmentally friendly water soluble release agent used in a wide range of industrial applications, including wood/forest products, concrete, asphalt, and more. It contains no hazardous ingredients, is biodegradable, and is easy to spray and apply.

When properly applied, this release agent will prevent or reduce accumulation of carbonized materials and hazing of press platens. OP-101 has been used successfully in this capacity in the manufacture of Particle Board, Strawboard, Fiberboard, OSB, MDF, MDO, HDO, Plywood, Conveyer Belts & Chains, and Dryer Doors.
