The most important issue for Amarna is to quantify the potential benefits and savings that our products can generate in our customer’s operations.

At many of our existing customers, we have successfully created an application for release agents where no release agent was used before. At other customers, we have changed the way release agents are used.

To help determine whether Amarnakote products are right for you, we need to understand your target application and operational environment. Our technical representatives are available for in-depth discussions where we can jointly explore cost savings and operational benefits.

Some of the key questions:

• What opportunities exist to reduce cleanup water usage, sanitation time and chemicals, product loss due to sticking, Teflon life on griddles, glaze life on baking pans, housekeeping hazards around spray equipment, or other key concerns?
• What regulatory concerns does your plant have? Allergens, GMO status, CFIA regulations, export regulations, etc.?

Providing us with this information will allow us to quickly recommend an appropriate Amarnakote release agent product.

Amarna is more than happy to provide samples for your small scale tests. However, it is well recognized that small scale tests to not always provide the data necessary to justify a change.

To help overcome this problem, Amarna offers a risk-free trial for our customers. Essentially, if we mutually agree that the target application has potential, Amarna and its representatives will assist the customer in conducting an extended on-site trial of Amarnakote products (dependent upon application Amarna will provide custom spray equipment for testing if necessary.) These tests allow the customer to see the benefits during regular operation and prove the savings – before any long-term commitment is made.

Each sample is sent with appropriate documentation (MSDS, Data Sheet, Allergen Statement, etc) along with documentation to guide customers through small scale tests.
